TABLE FOR ONE PRESS
Terms of sale
Last updated: 24 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Table for One Press is a trading name of Quantum Sphere Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15854885.
Registered office and postal contact: Office Suite 3, Shrieves Walk, Stratford-upon-Avon, England, CV37 6GJ.
Email: tableforonepress@gmail.com.
These terms cover digital downloads bought from us through Payhip. Your seller is Quantum Sphere Consulting Limited. Purchases through other retailers are governed by their own sale terms.
2. What you are buying
Our ebooks are EPUB files and our planning kits are PDF files. The product description explains what is included. These are digital publications, not printed books, travel bookings, or personalized travel services.
Your purchase gives you a nonexclusive personal-use license. You may keep a backup, use the files on your own compatible devices, and print planning-kit pages for your own use. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders. You may give a guide or kit you have bought as a gift to one person, who then becomes its only user: forward your download email to her and stop using your own copy. You may not resell, upload, or post the files or your download link, share them with anyone else, or give one purchase to more than one person. This does not restrict uses permitted by copyright law.
You will need internet access to download the files, an EPUB-compatible reading app for ebooks, and a PDF reader for planning kits. Please check the product's format and compatibility information before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure whether a file will work on your device.
3. Prices, payment, and VAT
Our standard single-product price is US$6.99, charged in US dollars. The product page and checkout show the price and any discount. Payment is taken through Payhip using the payment methods shown at checkout. There is no shipping charge or recurring subscription for these downloads.
Prices shown to UK and EU consumers include applicable VAT. Payhip handles UK and EU digital VAT through its checkout. Any applicable tax elsewhere and the total payable are shown before you place your order. If your card or payment provider converts currencies, it may apply its own exchange rate or charges.
4. Your order and delivery
The contract is formed when your payment is accepted and Payhip sends your order confirmation. After successful checkout, Payhip provides immediate access to a download page and emails a receipt containing your download link. Please use an email address you can access and check your spam folder if the message does not arrive. Contact us if you need help receiving or opening your files.
You may download each purchased product up to five times. This limit controls downloads from Payhip, not how often you can read a saved file. If you reach the limit while trying to access your purchase, contact us for help. It does not limit your statutory remedies.
5. Immediate access and cancellation rights
UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a digital-content purchase without giving a reason, starting the day after the contract is made. At checkout, we ask for your express consent to supply the files immediately during that period, and your acknowledgment that you lose this cancellation right once supply begins. We confirm your consent and acknowledgment by email.
The cancellation right ends only when supply has begun and the legal conditions for losing it have been met. Simply paying or accepting these terms does not, by itself, remove that right. If those conditions have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain available. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
If you have a right to cancel, tell us clearly by email or post using the contact details above before the cancellation period ends. You can use the optional form below. Any repayment required by law follows the applicable statutory rules.
Optional cancellation form: To Quantum Sphere Consulting Limited, at the address or email above. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content: ____. Ordered on: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____. Signature, only if sent on paper: ____.
6. If something is wrong
Please email us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will help with download difficulties and fix or replace faulty files as required by law.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known to and accepted by us, and as described. Where the statutory conditions apply, you can require repair or replacement at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If neither remedy is possible, or the required remedy is not provided on that basis, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction, potentially the full price, and repayment of the amount overpaid. Other statutory remedies remain available. These rights are not excluded or limited by these terms.
7. Using travel information
Travel details can change. Before traveling, check practical details, prices, opening hours, accessibility, safety conditions, entry requirements, and booking rules with the relevant official authority or provider. Use the publication's stated research date as context, and consider your own needs when planning.
Our publications provide general travel information. They do not guarantee that a venue, route, price, or service will remain available or suitable for every reader. These cautions do not excuse content that fails to meet its description or the legal standards above, or remove responsibility we have under consumer law.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These publications are supplied for private use; we do not accept liability for business losses such as lost business profits or opportunities.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If our digital content damages your device or other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, your statutory rights to repair of that damage or compensation apply.
9. Your information
Quantum Sphere Consulting Limited is the controller of the personal information we use to manage your order and provide customer support. We use information needed to fulfill your purchase and comply with legal obligations, including keeping required transaction records. Payhip and the payment services involved also handle information needed for checkout and delivery.
Please read our Privacy policy for how we handle personal information and how to exercise your data-protection rights. Buying a download does not sign you up for our newsletter. Optional marketing permission is separate from agreement to these terms and immediate access.
10. Governing law and your consumer protections
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence that apply to your purchase. Consumers elsewhere retain any mandatory local protections that apply. This choice of law does not take those protections away.
Nothing in these terms requires you to bring a claim exclusively in England and Wales or removes any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
11. Contact and changes
For order help, complaints, or questions about these terms, email tableforonepress@gmail.com or write to Quantum Sphere Consulting Limited at the address above.
The terms presented when you buy apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to later purchases and do not reduce your existing rights.
